The International Centre for the Promotion of Mobility of Researchers, Students and Postgraduates was set up in 2005 at the State University - Higher School of Economics in order to facilitate EU-Russia cooperation in academic mobility.
Mission:
- To promote the involvement of Russian RTD communities in EU Framework programmes in the field of human resources and mobility
- To raise awareness of EU member states and associated countries about Russia's S&T potential
- To assist Russian and EU researchers in partner search with the aim of participation in EU programmes
- To provide advice and assistance related to international mobility issues to Russian and EU researchers
- To arrange training events and workshops for Russian and EU RTD communities

International Workshop “Exchange of experience and fostering networking with information service providers in the sphere of science, technology and innovation” 26 April 2012
National Research University “Higher School of Economics” (HSE) held an International Workshop “Exchange of experience and fostering networking with information service providers in the sphere of science, technology and innovation” on 26 April 2012 in Moscow. The event was supported by the EU 7-th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development INCO BILAT-RUS project.The aim of the workshop was to raise mutual awareness and to improve the efficiency of information gathering for service providers through networking between all actors involved.
