On January 25th the French-Russian Student Forum took place in Paris, as part of the ‘Russia-France Year 2010’. Representatives of the Higher School of Economics took part in the event.
Bronze for the HSE Team
A student team from the HSE Faculty of Management (Master’s programme in ‘Marketing Communications and Advertising in Modern Business’) has won third prize in the Worldwide Global Academic Challenge .

On October 30th as part of the elimination round of the Global Management Challenge competition, the Business Administration Cup for Engineering Students and Competition in Company Management for corporate managers took place.
Students in World Politics
Mark Manuilov, a second-year student of the HSE Faculty of Management master’s course, told us about a new student initiative –a Russian-American forum involving the HSE, several other Moscow universities and Stanford University. Mark is one of the students who organized this project.
‘The Most Challenging Tasks are Achievable’
On September 10th a graduation ceremony of the joint HSE and London School of Economics programmes of the HSE International College of Economics and Finance took place at the British Embassy in Moscow. Diplomas were given not only to those completing the undergraduate programme, but also to the first graduates of the Master’s programme in Financial Economics.
